Dear Potential Candidate,

We want to welcome you to our REI Community and let you know we are excited to learn more about you.

We have created a process to help you get to know us and for us to get to know you.

We have a wide range of masterminds, coaching, mentoring, and education based on what you are looking for.

This ranges from our Free Weekly Program to our Private 1 on 1 Coaching with me (Zach Oehlman) where I help you scale your business.

But before we get into that let us properly introduce ourselves.

Our names are Zach & Sumary Oehlman and we are husband and wife.

We have spent the last 2 ½ years traveling the world while we grow our businesses.

We have been together for over 7 years and have been married for over 3 years.

And today….we are living our dream life.

But it always wasn’t like that.

I grew up in a small farming community in Northwest Indiana and hated school.

I wanted to be a farmer the rest of my life….until I graduated high school…and realized the huge amount of money it would take to become a farmer.

So I changed my focus to:

1). Traveling the World

2). Helping People

3). Making Money

So I asked people how to do this….

And of course they said….go to college

So I did.

And I actually graduated at the top of my class from Indiana University…in 2008.

With a double degree in Finance / Business.

And if you remember 2008…that is all I need to say.

If you don’t remember 2008…that was during the financial crisis where everyone was getting laid off and people were losing everything.

Two and a half years later and over 3,500 resumes I finally landed a job at the Chicago Board of Trade….

As a Commodities broker….and I spent a full year there and made $0 dollars….

But I gained so much knowledge on sales and the art of a conversation.

After that I went on to become a very high end Financial Consultant working for one of the best companies in the world.

I became a published author in the field and was making the six figure compensation package with the retirement plan…

Insurance….

Paid vacation…

401K…

I had it all….

And I left it…

Because I wasn’t fulfilled by it.

I got started in real estate investing and then have transitioned into investing in businesses.

Sumary has spent her entire life in the training and development world.

She is famous in Puerto Rico and around the world for her work.

This includes traveling with world famous artists and musicians to being the Director at the Ricky Martin Organization.

Today Sumary is the COO of the businesses we own together.

We actually met while on vacation in Puerto Rico and have a wonderful story.

Support Structures

We use these support structures to help people through our Proven Process which we have developed over the years.

This process incorporates all the aspects of achieving success and making money.

Personal Development: Your mindset is everything and we incorporate this work in everything we do.

Tactical / Practical: Mindset alone isn’t going to make the difference. You need to have the skillsets to know how to make money and manage a business.

Soft Skills: We call these soft skills because most people never talk about them but they are extremely important in making money. They include things like goal setting, being coachable, leadership skills, personal skills, and more.

Our proven Process is below and we will go over them individually so you can understand why they are important.

Proven Process

Step #1: Understanding Where You Are Are

Knowing the starting point of any race is critical. We want to do a self assessment of your current spot in life.

Where are you working, how do you spend your time, what do your finances look like, your current skillsets, how fulfilled are you, and more.

This will help us when we are creating your specific plan.

Step #2: Creating Where You Are Going

This is critical to understand because everything we are going to do will be focused on this “end goal”.

If we do not know where we are going we will not know what is the best and most efficient way to get there.

We will help you figure out your financial goals and objectives, will help you create a budget, and lay out what your dream future would look like…then we get to work creating it :)

Step #3: Understanding Your Currencies

Everyone in this world has value. They have value because of the skillsets they posses….and of course because they are human beings :)

The key is to find your currencies and then figure out how to leverage them to make money.

We say there are 4 Currencies:

1). Time

2). Money

3). Knowledge

4). Relationships.

The idea is to find your value and leverage other peoples value.

In our community we say “Take what you need and give what you have”.

Once you have identified your value then you can find someone who is looking for that value so you can work together.

We have education and support to help you increase your skillsets which will increase…the value of your time :)

We will help you create a training and development program tailored to what you need to accomplish your goals.

Step #4: Creating A Plan To Help You Get There

This is where we bring it all together. You know where you are and where you want to go along with the skillsets required to get there. Now we have to figure out the details of the business / REI.

We take you through our Vision To Reality Strategy Session where we will make a plan that includes:

1). What type of real estate investing matches your current circumstances and your long term goals. This could include fix and flip or cash flow strategies.

2). What type of marketing strategy you will use.

3). What type of lead you will be marketing to.

4). What type of marketing medium you will use.

5). What type of funding you will use.

6). How many deals you need to complete your goal

You will have complete clarity and know exactly what you need to do next so you can keep taking action.

And if you need help you will have access to our daily support with our live masterminds led by full time real estate investors.

Once you have the step by step plan and access to daily support and education it is merely about taking the action…

And that is why there is an application to get into our Advanced Mastermind Programs….

Because we can do everything on our end…

But if you don’t do what you need to do….

Then you won’t have success.
